We thoroughly check candidates for ethics issues, rules violations and consumer complaints. We go behind their marketing to be sure they live up their image. We look at lots of other indicators to be sure we are comfortable with them. 

When we find a suitable agent, we will reach out to you and share their profile. Once you approve, we will provide the agent with your information. They can begin the process to guide you through your transaction from start to finish. 

Once we get a good sense of your needs, we will begin our search for an agent who is a good fit for you. We will look at their performance, check their social media, and get a feel for how their past clients view their services.

Once we narrow down the candidates, we reach out to personally interview them. This contact is critical to understanding their capabilities, their suitability and their personality. We like to use a screen share to get to know them better.

When your transaction is complete, your agent will share a portion of their commission with us. We never charge you for our services. Instead, our business model aligns our success with yours, since we don't get paid until you close.
