Story

We are a small real estate firm based in Asheville NC. For many years we have helped people buy and sell real estate locally. From time to time we have referred clients to agents in other areas, and gradually we have shifted our focus to these referrals.

There is nothing more gratifying than helping people find an agent. Our experience helps us choose agents based on their expertise and performance, not on their advertisements and marketing. You will work directly with your agent after we make the introduction, and they will share a portion of their commission with us at closing. This is known as a referral, and there is no cost to you.
